ground beef..........................1 1/2 pounds
vegetable oil ........................1 tablespoon
large onion, chopped .............1
cloves garlic, chopped ............2
can stewed tomatoes, undrained ..1 (14 ounce)
jar spaghetti sauce ..................1 (16 ounce)
can mushroom stemsand pieces,undrained ..1 (12 ounce)
sour cream ...............................2 cups
Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, shredded......1 pound
